Connecting the Heart of Winter — Ski Resort Shuttles on T-RiseUp TMS

GroundK runs a winter season shuttle network linking seven major Korean ski resorts — including Vivaldi Park, Mona Yongpyong, Alpensia and Phoenix Park — to hubs across Seoul. Booking, ticket validation and settlement are managed on the T-RiseUp TMS white-label platform, with two to three tailored routes per resort and direct Incheon International Airport routes for four resorts.

When winter arrives, Korea's ski resorts fill with visitors heading for the slopes. Most resorts sit in mountainous areas or on the edge of cities, so reaching them without a private car is rarely simple. GroundK built and operates this season shuttle network to remove that barrier, connecting Seoul's main transit hubs directly to the resorts.

How the seven ski resort routes are built

GroundK operates a season shuttle network between Seoul hubs and seven major ski resorts, including Vivaldi Park, Mona Yongpyong, Alpensia and Phoenix Park. Rather than simply assigning vehicles, our team designed two to three tailored routes for each resort to keep passenger travel as direct as possible — so skiers reach the slopes safely without navigating unfamiliar mountain roads themselves.

What sets T-RiseUp TMS white-label apart

The engine behind this network is T-RiseUp TMS. TMS brings shuttle booking, ticket validation and settlement into a single digital system. Its white-label capability gives each resort and client a dedicated booking page carrying their own brand identity.

Passengers reserve their shuttle inside the resort's own branded environment, while operators keep a consistent brand experience from booking through validation and settlement. That single, unbroken flow raises the overall quality of the ski shuttle service.

One-way, round-trip and airport routes

The ski shuttles offer both one-way and round-trip options to fit different schedules. Vivaldi Park runs through March 2, 2026, while the other six resorts, such as Mona Yongpyong and Alpensia, operate through February 20.

Four resorts — Mona Yongpyong, Ramada, Alpensia and High1 Resort — add direct routes from Incheon International Airport alongside the Seoul hubs. International and long-distance travelers can head straight from the airport to the slopes without delay. In the remaining weeks of the season, GroundK's network makes it easy to experience the distinct character of each Korean resort in turn.

Season shuttles beyond winter

We will keep delivering dependable transport so that visitors think of GroundK's ski shuttles first each winter. The large-scale operation we ran at APEC 2025 — driven directly on T-RiseUp PMS — remains a core strength of our team. Building on the capability proven in a national-level event, we aim to set a clear standard in ski transport as well.

GroundK's season shuttle model is not limited to the winter slopes. Wherever large-scale seasonal transport is needed — summer water park shuttles, for example — the same integrated model can be delivered on T-RiseUp TMS, shaped to each operator's own brand environment.
