GroundK runs the NC Dinos home-game fan shuttle for the 2026 KBO League on T-RiseUp TMS. A free shuttle service departs from seven stops across six routes linking Changwon, Jinju, and Gimhae, operating on every weekend home game from Opening Day through the end of the regular season. Booking, real-time seat management, and QR check-in are all handled on the club's dedicated page at ncdinos.rideus.net.
Why a baseball club moved its fan shuttle to a digital system
On home-game days, traffic congestion around the ballpark is a problem that returns every season. The NC Dinos decided to run a free shuttle service to improve access to Changwon NC Park and to draw more fans from outside Changwon. The club then set a further goal: to move the entire shuttle process — booking, operations, and boarding management — onto a digital system.
GroundK delivered that goal with T-RiseUp TMS. From building the club's dedicated booking page to real-time seat management and QR check-in, the project brings technology to the way fans travel to the game.
Six routes and seven stops across Changwon, Jinju, and Gimhae
The shuttle connects three regions — Changwon, Jinju, and Gimhae — with Changwon NC Park at the center. Buses depart from seven stops across six routes, running on every weekend home game from the March 28 Opening Day through the end of the regular season. The route structure is designed so that fans from outside Changwon can reach the ballpark without a private car.
T-RiseUp TMS: a new standard for pro-sports fan transport
T-RiseUp TMS is a cloud-based B2B mobility SaaS built in-house by GroundK. It covers every function a shuttle operation needs on a single platform — route and product design, real-time seat management, QR check-in, multilingual booking, and global PG payment.
The core of this project is a branded booking environment that carries the club's own identity. GroundK built a dedicated NC Dinos brand page at ncdinos.rideus.net through RIDEUS My Channel. Fans book the shuttle on a screen styled in the club's colors, while the club gains structured seat and check-in management without adding its own operations staff.
The road to the ballpark as the first page of the fan experience
This NC Dinos project is a new case of applying a digital mobility solution to sports fan transport. Through T-RiseUp TMS, the club gains a structured shuttle operation while fans get a comfortable, easy journey to the game.
GroundK will keep advancing the travel experience across sports, culture, and MICE. In the 2026 season, look for GroundK's technology on board the shuttle to Changwon NC Park.
