2025 GroundK Year-End Party: Designing 2026 Vision through AI Empowerment and Unity

On December 18th, GroundK held a special year-end event to celebrate the year’s achievements and prepare for 2026. This event went beyond a simple wrap-up, featuring an ‘AI Practical Workshop’ for company-wide empowerment and a dinner at the Marriott Hotel to foster communication, laying a strong foundation for our next leap forward.

GroundK conducted a 6-hour intensive workshop to establish AI as a core business practice for tangible results. The workshop covered the entire process from defining business problems to solution derivation and presentation. Employees experienced firsthand that AI is not just a vague technology but a powerful tool ready for immediate practical application. 

In the data research segment, individual employees were proposed ‘2026 Business Missions’ that combined their specific professional challenges with market conditions. This served as a cornerstone for the 2026 business plan, moving beyond mere education to practical output. 

During the latter half, participants learned how to build automation processes using the latest AI tools like Genspark and ChatGPT. By reviewing creative AI applications in operations, marketing, and development, we identified potential for company-wide synergy and derived immediate business-ready results, receiving enthusiastic feedback from staff.

Following the meaningful AI training, a dinner was held at Courtyard by Marriott Seoul Botanic Park to honor the year's hard work. In the opening remarks, the leadership team stated, "We are immensely proud of our members who perfectly executed large-scale tasks like the APEC transport support," and declared a vision to lead AI-based mobility innovation in the coming year. 

The event also featured an award ceremony for employees who showed exceptional dedication to APEC 2025 KOREA transport support over the past year. Receiving a citation from the Gyeongsangbuk-do Support Group, it was a touching moment that confirmed individual achievement is the core of the company's growth. 

During dinner, members from different departments gathered to enjoy a refined course meal and network, breaking down departmental silos. With a wine giveaway event, the night concluded as a warm and abundant venue for harmony.

For GroundK, 2025 was defined by ‘APEC 2025 KOREA.’ From APEC SOM1 to the final Summit, we served as the face of South Korean mobility for a year. As a result, we have secured powerful assets: data-driven operational know-how and advanced systems. 

If 2025 was the year we conquered the great mountain of APEC and confirmed our potential, 2026 will be the year we soar from that peak toward a wider world. By leveraging our proven technology to expand into daily business mobility and global event markets, GroundK will continue to grow in 2026 with AI as our powerful weapon and our colleagues as reliable partners.
