Passengers were able to choose their preferred boarding location and time slot, while ample vehicle allocation and systematic time management minimized travel time to the event.
In addition, a detailed guidance system was established for boarding points and routes to the venue, ensuring that attendees could move safely and without confusion. Highly visible banners and signboards were placed at boarding areas and key sections to clearly direct the flow between parking lots and the venue. In particular, during late-night movements—when the risk of safety incidents is higher—systematic guidance and safety management were implemented to create an environment where all spectators could travel with confidence and peace of mind.

In addition, professional staff proficient in English, Chinese, and Japanese were deployed on-site to promptly and accurately respond to inquiries and requests from international visitors. Guides were stationed along the routes connecting parking areas and the venue to ensure smooth crowd flow without congestion. Furthermore, from 30 minutes before the end of the concert, staff were on standby to provide early-departing attendees with quick and clear guidance to return buses.

In addition, because the boarding and drop-off areas for spectators were located in parking lots, extra caution was required at every moment to maintain safety.
To ensure safety, our team set up a dedicated “Shuttle Safety Center” within the parking area, allowing staff to remain on site at all times. The center was equipped with guidance materials and essential items to assist with directing passenger flow. In addition, we provided a rest space for staff along with a constant supply of ice water and beverages, effectively preventing any risk of heat-related illness. As a result, every team member, staff, and spectator was able to return home safely and comfortably without a single incident during the event.
