GroundK Signs MOU with Zim Carry for Tourism Industry Revitalization

Global mobility specialist GroundK (CEO Dong-won Jang) announced on December 12th that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Zim Carry (CEO Jin-hyun Son) for tourism industry revitalization and joint marketing.

GroundK is a mobility specialist company with its own IT solutions and a vehicle network connected to 50 countries domestically and internationally, while Zim Carry is Korea's largest same-day express lifestyle logistics service company operating KTX Special Delivery Service.

As tourism companies based in Busan, both companies have confirmed their mutual capabilities and collaboration potential through continuous networking. Particularly, momentum has increased in their collaborative projects this year as GroundK's technology was introduced to Zim Carry's logistics management infrastructure.

Through this agreement, they have agreed to create synergy and pursue joint marketing in the domestic inbound tourism service market, beyond their existing mutual exchange. Additionally, they plan to cooperate in various areas including ▷overseas market entry collaboration ▷data research cooperation ▷travel tech joint R&D promotion ▷expansion of human resource exchange.
